There are only two reasons why this will happen. First, if there
is any profane language in the e-mail it will be automatically
blocked. You can write something like "..your ebook kicks a**.."
and the e-mail will go through.
A second reason would be that there was a technical problem beyond our
control, just resend us your e-mail or call us if it's urgent. Also
